This is just a stupid quesiton - listing worlds worst website.... we are not talking about small websites but portals!.. the ones with poor designs and navigation systems. bad fonts.. bad colour... most annoying language.....slow server..just list it and state the reason...
Also another intersting thing - you might also find few worst websites popular!..
Hint : Lots of government websites/portals etc.
